Valerie Wilson Schuyler, RPA, FMA, President and Principal with over thirty years of Real Estate Management experience in the Tucson Marketplace specializing in Commercial Real Estate Management Services.  Valerie is consistently recognized as one of Tucson’s leading Commercial Real Estate Management Professionals specializing in the area of retail, general office and medical facility and office management.

Valerie was one of the first Real Estate Managers to hold the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) given by the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) receiving this designation in September 1996.  She was awarded the designation of Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) in 2000. These designations are awarded to those individuals who have met rigorous education and training in Commercial Real Estate Management Courses, met experience requirements, and demonstrated proven integrity and ability.  Valerie is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Valerie received three awards from her peers who are members of the Building Owner’s and Manager’s Association; she was awarded “Principle Member of the Year”, the “Good Apple Award” and the “Above and Beyond Award” recognizing outstanding service as both an individual and as a principal for Partners Management & Consultants, Inc.

Valerie is known for her ability to get things done and her follow-through.  She represents a wide array of Clients from the Institutional Investor to the Individual Investor.

Years of medical and general office experience paired with retail management has given her diversified real estate management, construction and emergency management experience.

Valerie is a graduate of the University of Arizona, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1980.  Valerie is very active as a Board Member and Volunteer with Ballet Tucson. She has received numerous community awards from the March of Dimes, The National Health Screening Council, Tanque Verde Unified School District Community Leadership Certificate, and the YWCA has recognized her as a “Woman on the Move”.
