BALLET TUCSON GIVES BACK

Ballet Tucson is pleased to announce that our outreach and education programs are being revitalized to encourage, inspire and support the communities of Southern Arizona. Ballet Tucson is committed to eliminating barriers and increasing access to the arts for our underserved community members. These programs will allow students and community members to leap into the world of ballet with their best foot forward.

Listed below are some examples of the programs we are developing to connect our local communities to dance.

Ballet Tucson returns to local schools

Our educational program brings Ballet Tucson and its professional dancers into local schools and will not only introduce students to the world of ballet, but allow them to make connections to their everyday life. Ballet lessons are curated with an emphasis on connecting to academic standards and social emotional learning skills that will allow students to grow as people and become their own unique artist.

Ticket Subsidy Program

Ballet Tucson is committed to inspiring and connecting our community through dance. Our Ticket Subsidy Program offers complimentary tickets to underserved children throughout Southern Arizona who would not otherwise have the opportunity to enjoy live ballet performances.

Community Engagement

Ballet Tucson is proud to offer increased pop-up events around the city this season and to collaborate with local cultural organizations to bring ballet closer to you! We seek to provide more opportunities for you to engage with Ballet Tucson through partnerships with treasured groups like Tucson Museum of Art, The Children’s Museum, Tucson Pops Orchestra, Degrazia Gallery and more.

Field Trips
