Summer Workshop 2026
In cooperation with the University of Arizona School of Dance
June 1–27
The School of Ballet Tucson’s Annual Summer Workshop in cooperation with The University of Arizona School of Dance was established in 1986 to provide serious dance students the opportunity to train and perform in a professional environment. Housed in the UofA dance facilities, our intensive workshop offers intermediate and advanced training in a variety of dance styles. Faculty consists of Ballet Tucson’s exceptional school and company staff, in addition to special guest teachers Angelina Ramirez (Flamenco Artist), Madison Taylor (Ballet West, Pacific Northwest Ballet), and Brittany DeGroft (American Ballet Theatre), and Nationally recognized Health, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Coach from expert Jess Spinner (The Whole Dancer). A performance takes place at the conclusion of the 4-week program at the Stevie Eller Dance Theatre where our students have the opportunity to perform new choreography and classical repertoire.
